General Conference Chair
Prof. Zhining Chen (Singaporean), SAEng Fellow, IEEE Fellow, National University of Singapore (NUS). He serves as the organizer and chairman of iWAT, IMWF, IS 3T-in-3A, APCAP, as well as General Chair of IEEE APS 2021. Due to his outstanding contributions to small antennas and broadband design, Prof. Chen was selected as an IEEE Fellow in 2007. He was a member of New Technologies Directions of IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society (AP-S), a member of IEEE Fellow Committee, an IEEE Distinguished Lecturer, and a Vice President of the IEEE RFID Alliance. During his tenure as chairman, the IEEE Antenna and Propagation in Singapore received two best awards in 2008 from AP-S, IEEE and the Singapore Section He also served as editor-in-chief, associate editor-in-chief and invited editor-in-chief of seven international journals, and is currently editor-in-chief, associate editor-in-chief or editorial board member of four international journals, including JEMWA, IJUWBCS, JKIEES and IEEE TAP. Currently, he has published more than 530 papers in English (nearly 100 in IEEE Transactions) and more than 40 papers in Chinese. He has authored, edited and published four monographs in English: Broadband Planar Antennas: Design and Applications, UWB Wireless Communication, Antennas for Portable Devices, and Antennas for Base Station in Wireless Communications. |
![]() | Prof. YinQuan Yu,Fellow of SAS, IEEE Senior Member, director of Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining in ECJTU,East China Jiaotong University Yinquan Yu is a distinguished professor and a doctoral advisor at East China Jiao Tong University. He serves as the deputy director of Key Laboratory of Vehicle Tools in ECJTU, Ministry of Education, and the director of Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining in ECJTU. He is elected a leading talent of “Double Thousand Plan” in Jiangxi province. He has been working at Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) for nearly ten years. Prof. Yu is a Fellow of SAS, IEEE Senior Fellow, IES Senior member, IES-CHIA mentor, and a member of ASME Singapore Section Executive Committee. He is also a member of Asian automatic identification Association Technical Committee; Committee Chair of ISPECE 2020 ; Member of Organizer, APMRC 2010; Member of Technical Program Committee, ICEEAC 2017; Reviewer, ICEEAC 2017; Reviewer, IEEE Journal of Transactions on Magnetics; Reviewer, IEEE Journal of Transactions on Industrial Electronics; Reviewer, IEEE Transactions on Magnetics Conferences (INTERMAG) 2018; and A*STAR professional appraisers for purchasing large equipment.His research interests include Smart Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), Machine Health Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis, Mechatronics and Robotics, Shock Absorption and Noise Reduction of High-speed and High-precision Equipment, and Intelligent Manufacturing and Precision Machining. Until now, he has published 20+ papers in many internationally-recognized journals such as IEEE and ASME, and serves as a peer reviewer for IEEE sensors and IEEE Access. In addition, he was appointed as project leader and had been participated in 13 projects funded by ASTAR & DSO as well as one NSFC project. |

She was the deputy director, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing and Information Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University; an associate professor of the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology; a postdoctoral fellow at Huazhong University of Science and Technology and the University of Hong Kong; and a senior visiting fellow at Lumière University Lyon 2, University of California, Berkeley, and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. | |
Prof. Liang Gao, Secretary of the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Liang Gao is the deputy director and professor of State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology. He has long been devoted to research on intelligent optimization methods and their applications in design and manufacturing, including shop floor scheduling and topology optimization. Currently, digital manufacturing is not well-developed, with poor theoretical basis and imperfect theoretic system as well as pinch technologies. In this regard, Gao conducted research and proposed various theories and effective methods for smart scheduling in terms of Job-shop Scheduling Problem (JSP), Flexible JSP (FJSP) and Integrated process planning and scheduling (IPPS). He has thus achieved fruitful outcomes in systematic innovation and updated the optimal solution to dozens of problems. |
Prof. Shaobo Li, Guizhou University He is currently a member of the Party Committee of Guizhou University and director of the State Key Laboratory of Public Big Data for Provincial and Ministry Construction. Main research fields: public big data integration and integration, intelligent manufacturing, etc. He has been awarded the honorary titles of "New Century Outstanding Talents" by the Ministry of Education, "Core Expert of Guizhou Province", "Provincial Management Expert", "Provincial innovative Talents of 100 levels", "Provincial Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talents" and "Provincial Outstanding Doctoral Supervisor". Prof. Shubin Yan, Zhejiang University of Water Resources and Electric Power Prof. Yan is mainly engaged in the research of micro-nano optical sensing and micro-nano manufacturing. His research interests cover the fields of nano optical waveguide functional units, optical quantum devices, micro integrated atomic clocks, and theory and system integration of sensor devices based on high Q optical micro cavities. He published 143 academic papers in important domestic and foreign journals such as Appl. Phys. Lett., Phys. Rev. A, Scientific Report, Opt. Express, Sensors, IEEE Photonics Technology Letters, Chin. Phys. B, IEEE Photonics Journal, etc., of which 33 were accepted in SCI, 54 in EI, and 56 in core journals; he has applied for 72 national invention patents, 38 of which have been authorized. |
Prof. Fushuan Wen, IEEE Fellow , Zhejiang University Professor Fushuan Wen received the BE and ME degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 1985 and 1988, respectively, and the PhD degree from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 1991, all in electrical engineering. He joined the faculty of Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a full professor and the director of the Institute of Power Economics and Information since 1997, and the director of Zhejiang University-Insigma Joint Research Center for Smart Grids since 2010. His research interests include: 1) power economics and electricity markets; 2) power system investment, planning and operation optimization; 3) smart grids and electric vehicles; 4) power system alarm processing, fault diagnosis and system restoration; 5) artificial intelligence applications in power and integrated energy systems. He has published 200+ SCI-indexed papers, 650+ EI-indexed papers, and 740+ Scopus-indexed papers. His publications have been cited for 16000+ times. He has completed and is undertaking more than 180 grants and projects from governmental organizations and industry. | |
Prof. Yuhao Wang, IET Fellow, Nanchang University Yuhao Wang is IET Fellow, IEEE Senior Member, professor, and doctoral supervisor at Nanchang University, China. He was a Visiting Professor with the Department of Electrical Communication Engineering, University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada; and also with the China National Mobile Communication Research Laboratory, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. He is now a member of IEEE IMS TC-18 Committee; peer reviewer of the National Natural Science Foundation of China; vice chairman of China Postgraduate Competition in Electronic Design; and a young scientist in Jiangxi Province. His current research interests include radio measurement and channel modeling, software-defined radio, complex environment sensing and monitoring, nonlinear signal processing, multimedia, sensor networks, and wireless communications. In recent years, he has led more than 20 national, provincial and ministerial projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863 Program, Ministry of Science and Technology, China and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, China. Prof. Wang has made innovative achievements in radio propagation, RFID anti-collision protocols, novel planar sensors for monitoring water-quality, and sparse signals. He, as the first or correspondent author, has delivered 80+ academic papers, 32 of which are published in many SCI-indexed journals with high impact factors, including IEEE Transactions on Antenna and Propagation, IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, IEEE Communications Letters, IEEE Sensor Journal, and IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. |
Assoc. Prof. Pinjia Zhang,Electrical Machinery Department of Tsinghua University He is now an associate professor and doctoral supervisor of the Electrical Machinery Department of Tsinghua University. In 2006, I graduated from the Electrical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University and then studied in Georgia Technology.He received his PhD in 2010. After his PhD, he worked as a senior engineer at GE Global Research Measurement, motor design and control in new energy, energy storage research and application. IEEE Industrial Electronics Society 2013 First Prize, Second Prize, 2008 IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) General Meeting Paper & Poster Contest, in More than 40 patents have been authorized and applied for. |
