第三届IEEE大数据、人工智能与物联网工程国际会议 （ICBAIE 2022）顺利召开，会议圆满落幕！
The 3rd IEEE International Conference on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Internet of Things Engineering (ICBAIE 2022) wraps up successfully
2022年第三届IEEE大数据、人工智能与物联网工程国际会议由华东交通大学主办，由华东交通大学机电与车辆工程学院、华东交通大学载运工具与装备教育部重点实验室、上饶师范学院、南昌大学人工智能工业研究院、华东交通大学精密加工与智能装备制造研究所承办，并由中国人工智能学会智能制造专业委员会、江西省计算机学会、华中科技大学机械科学与工程学院、中国机械工程学会工业大数据与智能系统分会、南昌市智能网联新能源汽车重点实验室共同协办，于 2022年7月16日圆满召开！本次会议采用线上的形式召开。与会代表、主讲嘉宾、参会以及在线观看学者总数近2000人。
ICBAIE 2022 was successfully held online on July 16, 2022! The conference was hosted by East China Jiao Tong University (ECJTU); organized by ECJTU School of Mechatronics and Vehicle Engineering, the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education for Carrier Tools and Equipment, Shangrao Normal University, the ECJTU Industrial Research Institute of Artificial Intelligence, Nanchang University, and the Institute of Precision Machining and Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing; and co-organized by Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, Jiangxi Computer Federation, School of Mechanical Science & Engineering of HUST, Industrial Big Data and Intelligent Systems Branch of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, and Nanchang Key Laboratory of Intelligent Networked New Energy Vehicle. Nearly 2,000 delegates, keynote speakers, participants, and online viewers attended the conference.

在开幕式致辞中，徐长节校长表示代表华东交通大学，对各位院士、专家、学者能克服疫情带来的不便、抽出宝贵的时间参会，表示衷心的感谢和诚挚的欢迎！对本次会议的胜利召开表示热烈的祝贺！
作为一所以交通为特色、轨道为核心、多学科协同发展的教学研究型大学，立足交通、服务交通，既是华东交通大学的办学的本质也是华东交通大学发展的本职，既是华东交通大学今天的定位，也是华东交通大学追求的未来。近年来，华东交通大学坚持强化内涵，特色发展，以特色塑优势，致力于服务行业和地方经济社会发展，在各位院士、领导和专家的大力支持下，华东交通大学在土木工程、高铁技术、智慧交通等领域进行了积极的探索、取得了显著的成效，工程学科进入了ESI全球前1%。
今年，华东交通大学设立了交通运输工程、土木工程、控制科学与工程等6个学科特区，出台了“交通+”学科建设方案，全力推进学科建设“龙头工程”落实落地，积极推动大数据、人工智能、物联网和新材料等技术在交通运输领域的应用。在促进交通运输领域技术创新赋能上，在加快完善立体互联的综合交通基础设施网络上，在推动各种交通方式统一规划布局、综合立体互联、绿色智慧衔接上，持续发力、创新创造。
徐长节校长希望，通过本次国际学术会议的召开，为江西省交通发展和科研创新工作提供更多的思考和参考，促进与会各方对江西省大数据、人工智能与物联网应用的智慧交通建设有更深入的了解；也殷切期望各位院士专家学者继续关心和助力华东交通大学的成长，助推我校实现更好更快发展；希望交通强省、交通强校的蓝图瞄准高目标建设、坚持高水平发展，成为学校服务江西、服务行业的一个新载体、一支新标杆。
During his opening remarks, President Xu expressed his heartfelt appreciation and sincere greetings on behalf of ECJTU to all attendees despite the inconvenience caused by the epidemic. He also extends warm congratulations on the success of this conference.
ECJTU is one of the renowned multi-disciplinary and comprehensive universities in China, focuses on railway-related disciplines, and features transportation engineering. The development of ECJTU is based on transportation and transportation services, which is both the university's positioning today and its vision for tomorrow. Over the past few years, ECJTU has made great efforts to its development and has dedicated itself to serving the local industry and eco-social development. Despite the strong support of academicians and scholars, ECJTU has explored and achieved remarkable outcomes in civil engineering, high-speed railway technology, and intelligent transportation, with engineering disciplines entering the top 1% in ESI rankings.
East China Jiaotong University has set up six special disciplines this year, including transportation engineering, civil engineering, control science, and engineering, unveiled the "transportation+" discipline construction program, vigorously propelled the implementation of the discipline construction "leading project," and proactively promoted the application of big data, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things and new materials in the field of transportation. Continuous efforts and innovation have been made to advance technological innovation in transportation to empower, accelerate the improvement of three-dimensional and interconnected integrated transport infrastructure networks, and promote the unified planning and layout of various modes of transportation, comprehensive three-dimensional interconnection, green and intelligent connection.
President Changjie Xu hopes that this international academic conference will provide more reflections and references for the development of transportation and scientific research and innovation in Jiangxi Province and foster a deeper understanding of the construction of intelligent transportation with big data, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things applications in Jiangxi Province among the participating parties. He also earnestly anticipates that the academicians and experts will continue to give care and assistance to the growth of East China Jiaotong University and boost a better and faster development of our university; it is expected that the blueprint of the strong transportation province and the strong transportation school will aim at high target construction, adhere to high-level development, and act as a new carrier and a new benchmark for the school to serve Jiangxi Province and the service industry.

致辞中，陈志宁院士表示：此次会议将重点讨论与大数据和云计算、人工智能技术与应用、机器人科学与工程、物联网和传感器技术相关的主题。我们希望在代表们之间交流理论、算法和应用研究与开发的最新进展，以推进基于大数据的科学技术。
如今，大数据已经成为科学、技术和应用的新形式。传感技术和计算能力的快速发展加速了这一趋势，并正在深刻而广泛地改变我们的社会。
中国庞大的人口和大产业部门为基于大数据的研究和技术的研发提供了巨大机遇。此次大会将提供一个专业的国际平台，促进学术发展、经验借鉴和产学研合作。
In his address, Prof. Zhining Chen stated that the conference would focus on topics related to big data and cloud computing, artificial intelligence technologies and applications, robotics science and engineering, the Internet of Things,and sensor technologies. We hope to exchange the latest advances in theoretical, algorithmic, and applied research and development among the delegates to advance big data-based science and technology.
Today, Big Data has emerged as a new form of science, technology, and application. Rapid advances in sensing technologies and computing power have accelerated this trend and are changing our society profoundly and widely.
China's large population and industrial sector provide tremendous opportunities for research and development of Big Data-based technologies. This conference will provide an international professional platform to facilitate academic development, experience sharing, and industry-university-research collaboration.
